A lot of the times when dealing with a company on a warranty related issue, you have to jump through a lot of hoops, it takes forever and it's the worst. This is absolutely one of my biggest pet peeves in life. That's why when dealing with Paracable support, you can expect this: (NOTE: this is from a Sunday evening)
